Attorney Billy Howard of Morgan and Morgan’s consumer protection department has been quoted in a news article regarding a Lake County middle school teacher who has reportedly been terrorized by scam ‘debt collectors.’ Heather Jablonski claims that she started receiving phone calls to her cell and 8th grade classroom from individuals alleging that she owed a debt for which she knew nothing about.
