Check your Cingular/AT&T bill now for fraudulent "Roadside Assistance" charges.

Many consumers have contacted Morgan & Morgan to report that their wireless carrier, Cingular (now, AT&T) is imposing a $2.99 per month charge for "roadside assistance" which they did not request or even know they had.
