Chad T. Brazzeal is a trial attorney in the Fort Myers, Florida office. Mr. Brazzeal focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and tobacco litigation.
Mr. Brazzeal joined Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, he defended hospitals and healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation and Florida Department of Health investigations. Additionally, Mr. Brazzeal previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the State of Florida where he prosecuted criminal offenses in Collier County, Florida.
Mr. Brazzeal graduated cum laude from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. In addition to his legal education, Mr. Brazzeal earned a Master of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida.
Mr. Brazzeal is a member of The Florida Bar, U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, Collier County Bar Association, Thomas S. Biggs American Inns of Court, and the Florida Justice Association.
Mr. Brazzeal serves as an adjunct professor of law at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Brazzeal coaches a high school mock trial team in Naples, Florida.
