Often, doctors are unable to find a reason for low back pain because it is not related to any kind injury or disease. The lower back is a common area for pain, and three out of four people will experience some sort of low back pain in their lifetime. A lot of times something as simple as twisting the back in an uncomfortable way can result in low back pain. However, there are other more serious causes of low back pain.
