Bio Overview:

For over twenty years, I've specialized in representing injured workers. It's given me valuable experience understanding insurance companies, physicians good and bad, and how our court system sorts the complex issues surrounding them.

I've litigated numerous catastrophic claims, resulting in settlements exceeding $500,000.

I am a proud founding partner of Moskowitz and Carraway, a firm that worked closely with labor unions and community organizations to protect the rights of workers. Our firm was pleased to merge with Morgan and Morgan. We are aggressively continuing our mission, and now have greater resources to stand up for our clients.
