An Orlando woman has been charged after striking a motorcycle from behind, killing the 25-year-old driver, according to recent reports. Yetta Maritza Ospina, 27, was driving her 2011 Toyota Corolla northbound on the John Young Parkway near Oak Ridge Road in Orlando when she hit Peter Vergari’s Honda motorcycle from behind, causing it to overturn and eject the rider. Norfolk Southern Railway Co. has been ordered by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to pay $802,168 after being found to have terminated multiple employees for reporting workplace injuries. At least three workers were fired for their reporting, a violation of the whistleblower protection provisions of the Federal Railroad Safety Act. A top Orlando chiropractor has been charged after a fatal hit-and-run accident in Volusia County that left a Fort Myers motorcyclist dead. According to ABC 7, Dr. Kevin Wynne rear-ended 50-year-old Sabra Vocaturo's Harley Davidson motorcycle as she rode near Orlando, and she was run over by two other cars.
