Having worked in the insurance industry, and also defending insurance companies before joining Morgan & Morgan, I have seen firsthand how difficult it can be for people to promptly and fairly obtain all the insurance benefits they are entitled to. Having paid insurance premiums, sometimes for many years, people expect that at their time of need, their insurance company will promptly handle the claim with integrity, fairness, compassion and respect. Unfortunately, too often I have clients who have faced needless delays in getting their claim settled, and when they do receive a settlement, can find that the company has undervalued their claim. Worse yet, some people's claims are improperly denied outright. Bio Overview:

Bert (Bob) Uebele was born in Pontiac, Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University, majoring in business administration and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1998. In law school, Bob participated in the Appellate Moot Court and Client Counseling competitions, and placed first in both events.

Prior to practicing law, Bob worked for several years with a major insurance company as a claim representative and also as an agent. He also served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as Squadron Executive Officer of the 93rd Tactical Fighter Squadron at Homestead Air Force Base, Florida and received his Honorable Discharge as a Captain in 1992.
