Overview:
I joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in 1971. While working as a union electrician full time, I also attended Georgia State University School of Law from September 1982 through June 1986 in the evening division and received my Juris Doctorate degree. I began practicing law in June 1986, representing injured workers and the Georgia State AFL-CIO until December 1996. From December 1996 through March 2007, I served as a full time Administrative Law Judge with the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation in Atlanta, Georgia. In March 2007 I began private practice in Worker’s Compensation Law as a partner with Morgan & Morgan, Attorneys at Law.
